Eligibility & conduct
- A valid CAC business registration number is required for Nigerian vendors.
- A NAFDAC number is required if you sell food, cosmetics, drugs, or medical devices.
- Streams must be genuinely live — no looping recorded video presented as live.
- Prohibited items: tobacco, alcohol, weapons, counterfeit goods, prescription drugs, adult content.
- Accurate pricing, delivery timeline, and return policy must be visible during your stream.
- Target delivery windows: 24 hours for same-city orders, up to 7 days for international orders.
