Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bifixit.com and the services provided by Bifixit and Technology Solutions Limited (“Bifixit”).

Deliverables. Each package includes the deliverables listed on its package page. Delivery timelines begin after your strategy session and receipt of any information required from you.

Payments. Full payment or a 50% deposit (with the remaining 50% due on delivery) is required to begin work. All assets created for you become your property upon full payment.

Refunds. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on work already completed.
