Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected a Facebook, Instagram, or other social account to Bifixit PostPilot and would like us to delete the data associated with that connection (including stored access tokens and account information), you can request deletion in either of the following ways:

  • Go to your PostPilot dashboard, open “Connected Accounts”, and click “Disconnect” next to the relevant platform. This immediately removes the stored access token and account details from our database.
  • Email us at support@bifixit.com with your account email and the platform(s) you'd like disconnected, and we will remove the associated data within 7 days.

To delete your entire Bifixit account and all associated data, email support@bifixit.com from the email address on your account requesting account deletion.
